First, it’s important to understand that we designed WORKOUT™coffee using the actual doses of TheaFit™ used in research. Many pre-workout supplements can’t claim that. They just dump a number of different ingredients into them, with few if any actually included at the doses shown to be effective in research. But we also designed the product with normal coffee consumption habits in mind. So, to get the full efficacious dose, you could drink between 2-3 cups of WORKOUT™coffee per day. If you’re a little on the smaller side or sensitive to caffeine, then 2 would be fine. To get the full dose intended, 3 would hit the mark. Since TheaFit™ has a more long-acting effect, you don’t need to take all 3 servings at one time! Enjoy WORKOUT™coffee like you would any other coffee.
