What's the best way to brew WORKOUT™coffee?
For best results and the perfect cup we recommend 2 heaping tablespoons of ground coffee for every 8oz of cold water.
How much WORKOUT™coffee should I consume?
First, it’s important to understand that we designed WORKOUT™coffee using the actual doses of TheaFit™ used in research. Many pre-workout supplements can’t claim that. They just dump a number of different ingredients into them, with few if any actually included at the doses shown to be effective in research. But we also designed the product with normal coffee consumption habits in mind. So, to get the full efficacious dose, you could drink between 2-3 cups of WORKOUT™coffee per day. If you’re a little on the smaller side or sensitive to caffeine, then 2 would be fine. To get the full dose intended, 3 would hit the mark. Since TheaFit™ has a more long-acting effect, you don’t need to take all 3 servings at one time! Enjoy WORKOUT™coffee like you would any other coffee.
Should I only drink WORKOUT™coffee before a workout?
Nope! It certainly works that way and you get the added benefit of the caffeine for performance on top of the TheaFit™, but you can drink WORKOUT™coffee whenever you’re craving a cup of java!
Isn’t WORKOUT™coffee kind of expensive?
Given what most people are willing to spend on a single cup of coffee at their local coffee shop, the answer is NO! But we understand what you mean in comparison to other coffees you might brew at home. First, it’s important to understand that WORKOUT™coffee is MORE than JUST coffee! By infusing the patented TheaFit™, WORKOUT™coffee not only serves to give that morning pick-me-up or pre-workout boost from the caffeine, but it also adds an additional effect to improve performance and enhance recovery. When you consider the cost of other supplements people often take to try to achieve these things, WORKOUT™coffee is actually very reasonably priced and could SAVE you money because you won’t need to take some of these other pre-workout formulas that have a ton of ingredients, many of which are significantly under dosed compared to what the research supports. Furthermore, many of the supplements people willingly spend money on are not backed by research. In the case of WORKOUT™coffee it provides the dose of TheaFit™ actually supported by research. The sourcing and extraction of theaflavins in TheaFit™ is also a patented and highly scientific process.
What about some of these other “fitness” coffees that have more stuff in them?
OK, a couple things here. Just adding more and more ingredients into something doesn’t make it better. That’s especially true if the ingredients aren’t supported by research and/or they are under dosed! We define dosing in our coffee to be consistent with the published research on the ingredients – including the caffeine in the coffee itself! The other thing is that the ingredients that many of these other coffees include ingredients that are heat-sensitive. So, imagine what happens when you brew it with hot water…? One great thing about WORKOUT™coffee is that heat extraction is the process used to get TheaFit™, so you’re not going to damage our key ingredient when you brew it!
But some of these other pre-workout supplements have more ingredients in them. More is better, right?
Many supplements don’t use the efficacious dose of each ingredient. Plus, a number of them are just hyper-loaded on the stimulant side. There are other problems with that.
